The 2024 Ram 1500 Classic is available in two trim levels, Tradesman and Warlock, just like it was last year. Ram no longer provides the eight-foot bed and two-door standard cab model, unlike previous year. Although the new Ram 1500 has 45.2 inches of rear room, the 1500 Classic's backseat capacity is little less than that of the new Ram 1500. The air conditioning and music system have big, convenient-to-reach controls on a modern dashboard with strong, durable materials. Although the gauge cluster is dial-controlled and has analog black and silver instruments instead of the completely digital gauge clusters found in most rivals, the gauge cluster is antiquated.
Considering that the Ram 1500 Classic is built on a 16-year-old chassis below it all, it looks fantastic. Concerning the typical entertainment system, this is untrue. The 5.0-inch touchscreen is small, antiquated, and has a sluggish response time. By 2024, it will be almost essential to get the optional 8.4-inch touchscreen, Uconnect 4C NAV, which is a nice addition.
